Default Raw food diet for world sleep deprivation record holder

This guy lives near me! I have seen him around before and I would like to talk to him some time.
He has the world record for sleep deprivation.
He was on a raw food diet while doing it.

Very interesting. Shows the benefits of raw food to your energy.

That's amazing, good find. I've been thinking more and more that I need to increase my raw food intake, despite my negative outcome from a bad method of transition a few years ealier. His symptoms from 11 days of sleeplessness sounds like what I experience after 30-35 hours of sleeplessness...

Interesting. I've heard of people on vision quests doing similar stuff while fasting, but I don't think I ever heard of 11 days. That's a long time with no sleep!

I don't like sleeping so that works for me. Haven't gone more than a day without, though I usually feel better on less. Eventually I will sleep little daily, but it needs to be combined with spiritual practices to be healthy.

His book sounds interesting.

I love sleep, and sleep 8-9 hours a night. Why would I want to deprive myself of something that heals and stregnthens me?

Other things can heal and strengthen you. But if you love it, as most do, then do it.
