I tend to slouch a bit. In overcoming it I've had trouble figuring out how my posture should be. Here's 2 simple things that help tremendously: The top of the spine is the ball in your head, which your head turns on. Get the head in alignment with the spine and everyting else follows. Stand with arms at sides. Bring arms up in front of you, above head. Then bring then down sideways to the side. That's correct posture. |
