holistic star, 6 meals a day is most definitely the best way to go especially if you are not willing to give up some foods. As long as you have that balance, and hopefully you have read up on it, you should be good. Eating like this builds the metabolism and eventually will be a way of life and your body will just burn fat easily. I know it has been a few months, have you stuck to the 6 meal plan? |
