I'm starting this thread to record my progress in working out, and maybe get some feedback from you guys? I have the biggest test of my athletic life coming up in 8 weeks, I have 2 tryouts for Jr. A level Hockey teams, if I make one of those teams, then I have endless opportunities for University level hockey, or even pro (which is my dream). So, considering the above statement, I'm gonna put myself through absolute hell the next 8 weeks and hopefully I'll be able to squeak on the roster for next season. I'm going to be working out 6 days a week, which is brutal, I know, and could become unsafe. But I already eat super healthy, and have a pretty good working out background already. Wish me luck I'll edit this post every week to let you guys know how I'm progressing |
