Default who here has permanently implemented biphasic sleeping?

i know there are likely tons of old threads on this, but i wanted to get a fresh count of how many people here are currently using it not just to experiment but as a permanent implementation in their life?

i just started four days ago and am really enjoying it. i have a base sleep of 5 hours (5 hours in bed, 4.5 asleep), with a nap of 30-90 minutes. i hope to fine tune this and continue indefinitely.

The smartest thing you can do when it comes to sleep is to listen to your biological clock. If your body is telling you to sleep, go ahead and sleep. Don't fight your own body. Some people have a more flexible biological clock than others, so some can get away with biphasic and even polyphasic sleep, but for most of us, monophasic is the way to go.

To be honest, people who feel there is never enough time in their day may suffer from scarcity thinking. But I'm not them, so I really don't know. As always, listen to your body.

That is just an assumption that cannot be confirmed. Think outside the box. Do you think it is natural for any animal out there to have long monophasic sleep, especially if that animal has predators?
