I came across this calculator several months ago. Currently my diet includes some type of low mercury wild fish most every day, mostly oysters and sardines in water or olive oil. It's surprising how little mercury bottom feeders such as oysters are said to contain, and there may be some reasons to not eat too many of them, but I love their taste, and that's important. Also the rest of my lifestyle (particularly enjoying my newly built infra red sauna) helps my body deal just fine with whatever the environment may throw at it. Got Mercury? |
