USDA Food Guide is corrupt and influenced by the food industry. But Mike Adams has created an "Honest Food Guide". It's is an unbiased food guide that will show you what to eat. It's a free PDF download. I thought this might be interesting for the community. |

| Anyway, from the research I've done, this looks like a good honest chart, and not some flakey-Boulderite-nutritionist-wannabe. (I'm from Boulder, so I'm allowed to say things like that.) I certainly would post that on my kitchen or classroom wall over the traditional food pyramid. Some things I particularly like:

I haven't read that one yet, but I'm reminded of this: Food Pyramids: Nutrition Source, Harvard School of Public Health Any thoughts? |
