I call it a pseudo fast because it won't be a test of a long term raw diet, but will be more of a fruit/veg only deal, in which I only eat when I'm hungry. I expect my calorie intake to be quite low if I eat fruits and vegetables only. This trial is going to be an attempt at detox as well as seeing what it's like to eat 100% raw for 30 days. I suspect that sticking only to low fat produce will greatly enhance the fasting aspect of this trial. It will also make it much more difficult, but difficulty isn't a concern of mine. What say you? How will fatty nuts/fruit affect the detox aspect over 30 days? |
