Put on another 7kgs of pure muscle. To have a full six pack abs within the month (just about there) And to get myself out of the city where I can run and swim on the beach more often. |

Fitness Goals for 2007: Run 2 Half Marathons (first one's in May), and hopefully beat my previous time of 12:12:04 - I've had it twice now Get my dad to run a 10k race with me (I'm half way there we're signed up for a race in September in Banff!) Lower my fastest mile time from 7:28 to under 7min! Try a new sport - I'm trying out for a summer hockey team, and I intend to try ballet and belly dancing in the fall. Increase my flexibility - yoga/pilates 2 to 3 times a week seems to be working! Best of luck in all your fitness goals, I know I'm already enjoying the benefits of training for a half marathon! |
