Hi Just to make sure I understand all I read right. Right now I sleep 7.5h a day have good diet. I am eat very little meat. I want to try everyman because of it flexibility. If I understand well I should sleep 1x 3 hour and 3x 20 min. I will stick with 30 minutes from start. The default schedule should looks like this: 1:00- 4:00 - 3 hour sleep 9:00 - 9:30 - 5 hours awake then nap 14:30 - 15:00 - same as above; 19:30 - 20:00 - 4.5h awake 1:00 - 4:00 - 5h awake This could change a little on Friday because of school. I would like to ask you: 1. Those 3 hours count from point when I am literally sleeping or from point when I lay to bed and close eyes. It took me some time to start sleeping. 2. Is problem that I used to be on computer just before going to bed. I suppose I should rather listen to some meditation, calm music or hypnosis music. I just worry if I will fall asleep especially during adaption phase. Last edited by Rajec; 03-04-2009 at 10:49 PM. |

The three hours count from when you first fall into sleep. Being on a computer just before you go to bed may very well keep you awake. for about half an hour befroe you go to bed you should reduce stimulation in the form of light, noise and I find even movement. I read in bed for a few minutes before sleep takes hold. Also from half an hour before i go to bed I start turning out lights, turning off tv's and radios, put a few things away and ideally like to sit down with my list of things to do and update it for then next day and then go to bed. |
