Hope someone can help me understand whats going on. When I cut my food intake down to loose weight I seem to start getting a lot of headaches. I cut my intake down to about 1500 calories. mainly whole foods, porridge or egg breakfast, fruit morning tea, tuna/chicken lunch, fruit afternoon tea, whatever is being served for dinner and a light snack before dinner. During the day at work I seem to be getting a lot of headaches. It might be conicidental but I am usually pretty careful that I get enough sleep. Any ideas? |
