Default Great raw food cookbook: "Alive in 5"; other suggestions?

I've been gradually working on introducing more raw food into my diet. So far, I've found two cookbooks to be especially helpful:

"Raw Food Made Easy: for 1 or 2 People" by Jennifer Cornbleet (this has a great dessert section) has been my mainstay; I especially love the 'brownie' recipe.

Last week, though, I found another gem: "Alive in 5: Raw Gourmet Meals in Five Minutes", by Angela Elliott. It's truly amazing - I've made two recipes from it ('Stuffed Avocados' and 'Stuffed mushrooms'), and they were ultra-delicious. While the recipes take me marginally longer than 5 minutes to make (I'm slow in the kitchen!), they're still both way tastier and way easier than most recipes I've seen, raw or otherwise.

The other raw food books I've seen have had some interesting ideas, but tend to require the use of dehydrators and have much longer, more complicated preparations.

Does anyone else have recommendations for raw food cookbooks which feature relatively simple, quick recipes and have few/no recipes requiring dehydrators?
