I just noticed in another, unrelated to health, thread about this book called "Lazy Raw Foodist's Guide" by Laura Bruno. It seems it's a PDF book, as I found a salespage for it and it's not on amazon. I'm increasing my raw food intake dramatically now, and this title seems like a great fit for me! However, has anyone read it, how good is it? |

I think that this is the book that should make raw foods easy for those who aren't ready to overhaul their entire lives just because of a diet. It might not be a bad idea to look it up. I do fruit in the morning and sometimes a raw salad for lunch, but being 50% raw has had a profound impact on my life, so imagine what 100% could do. For all the lazy people out there, check into this book and see if it's for you.

The author, Laura Bruno, is a good friend of me and Steve's. We both read her book and we both liked it a lot. What I liked about it was that it offered all the viewpoints in a non-biased way. Laura doesn't have a political agenda and she's not selling products and all that, so her viewpoints are importent to me. It's a good book to help you figure out what type of raw diet would work best for you. I think it's a good book to read first, and then once you pick a path you can get more specific books geared towards that type of diet.
