Default Cooked food challange! Will I get sick?

It is day 32 of nearly 100% raw foodery! The challange, I am eating a bowl of rice & onions, some corn chips, and some tofu pasta dish. Will I get sick? Let the challenge begin!

Edit: Horror of horrors it has already affected my ability to spell.

The first website I visted after this one (Via a link on reddit, completely unaware of the website name) Sickpigs.com » Hillary refuses to kiss Bill; opts for Obama instead

Sickpigs.com
Is it a sign?

About 20 minutes after eating I began to have a stress reaction. I couldn't focus at all, I couldn't read, I couldn't watch a video, it was like I was hyperactive. It was a very uncomfortable feeling I had for about an hour, I couldn't focus, my mind was racing, it was like having an anxiety attack. I had a slight stomach ache for about a minute, nothing too serious digestively yet. I have a fever and a headache. I can feel this stress reaction all over my body, especially in the area near my elbows and in my chest. I feel really worn out now.. Back to 100% raw when my hunger returns.

Interesting.

I'm on my 25th day on a 100% raw food diet but my goal is not to stay 100% raw though. I've seen many people thriving on a 80% raw diet and I think that would be more suitable for me.

I plan on including a little bit of beans and brown rice on the diet after the 30 day trial. I wonder if I'm going to feel that bad.

Did you consider that maybe the bad reactions you were having was just all in your head?
You were probably expecting something bad to happen by eating un-raw food after so long of eating raw food, that your brain actually made it happen.
Rice, onion, cornchips and tofu seem like pretty healthy foods, why would eating them give you anxiety, a stomache ache, a headache and a fever?

Did u have any smoothies? I read that green smoothies are easiest to digest but what worries me is that it might be too time consuming. Do u have to actually buy an expensive smoothie?
