Default 30 days -- A few changes

Before I can progress in other areas of my personal development, I feel I need to start with some basic lifestyle changes (nothing earth-shattering). Starting tomorrow, I will:

Drink two cups of green tea.
Walk for 30 minutes.
Go to bed at 9 pm.
Meditate for 20 minutes.

Wish me luck.

Those all sound like good habits. Now make sure you know your exact reasons for implementing these changes, or you'll find it hard to get back on track when you start making mistakes. Always assume that something else will come into your life that has nothing to do with what you're currently thinking about. I usually find it a good idea to actually write on a piece of paper what I'm trying to achieve and why.

Because I have to get up at 5 am, and going to bed at 10 or 11 isn't working for me.

Going well so far. I will post updates every now and then, but not daily.

Sounds like some good adjustments.

I need to start going to bed by 9 PM, too...

Good luck with all of that. Personally, I don't have the willpower to implement 4 new habits at the same time, so if you are able to do so, my hat's off to you.

I'm doing well so far, except in the meditation department.
