Smile I've lost 20 pounds!

Hi! It's my first post and I thought I would start out with something that makes me VERY HAPPY!

Last April I saw a friend who I hadn't seen in a long time and she had lost over 25 pounds. She looked great! She did it through weight watchers. I have always thought that ww was a crock. any diet plan, actually. Jenny Craig, whatever. I had lost weight in the past by busting my butt exercising and dieting but it was NEVER fun and it always crept back up. But she was PROOF standing before me and something, i didnt realize it then, clicked inside me. I joined the next day and over the next 5 months lost 20 pounds. It wasnt WW that did it though, because I never stayed for the meeting, didnt join any groups. All i did was go weigh in and leave.

What worked is that I was a vibrational match for that moment that I saw my friend and decided that I was going to lose weight. At that moment, I didn't NOT THINK I wouldnt lose weight. And I still dont! I lose weight slowly and steadily and feel awesome and look great! I ate WHATEVER I WANTED all thru the holidays and still lost 2 pounds.

Why? I enjoy my food. I LOVE eating. I have unwaivering faith that my body can be thin and healthy.

That took my whole life to figure out. I am accountable and AWARE of my body now. I exercise when I feel like it and eat when I want.

One thing in the physical that really helps me too is that I always have a BIG GLASS OF WATER before I eat and whenever I feel hungry. I also write down what I eat so I cannot hide from my bad habits. I accept them happily and work on changing them and release them and off I go.

Have a nice day! I am always looking for new thoughts - so pipe in!

I think it means she thought she couldn't lose weight.

Congrats also.

congratulations. This is a great achievement.
The trick with the big glass of water is great. Drinking enough every day is something many people who want to loose weight forget to do.

Wonderful, it takes something to achieve these kind of results, my advice is to follow basic things, workout regularly, eat healthy and enjoy life, best of luck. ab workout
