I've compiled a list of good snacks for the BIG game! Superbowl Food (that is actually healthy!) Does anyone else have some good ideas about healthy snacks to eat at a Superbowl party? I want to enjoy myself without killing myself! :-) All the best to everyone! ~harris |

Popcorn - if done with minimum oil - is a very healthy, high in fibre snack, lovely with melted butter, salt and sugar, for a healthier version try to mix some dried mixed herbs, dried Italian cheese and a tiny bit of salt, toss and serve.
