These are put across as a bad thing. But to me it just sounds like we need to spend some extra energy digesting... so what? Are they really that bad? Anyone got any studies/advice on this?
I'm eating raw (soaked) rice and sprouted lentils and beans, as well as buckwheat. Are these bad?
