Lightbulb Uberman 2.0 [Polyphasic Sleep]

http://consciousflex.blogspot.com/20...-up-to.htUntil today I thought Uberman was the best polyphasic schedule (in terms of time gained), but this just beats the hell outta "normal" polyphasic sleep schedules. Welcome to uberman 2.0.

Check this guy's blog out:
Conscious Flex : Develop the Awareness Muscle

In the last 5 days, he claims he's only slept for 2 hours, and hasn't experienced any sleep deprivation effects. w00t! He has successfully adapted to the uberman schedule before though - and continued to sleep polyphasically for about 270 days. This is his 2nd go at polyphasic [un]sleep.

Check out his blog posts on this:

Conscious Flex: Polyphasic Sleep Day 4 (This Is Getting Insane, I Need Some Advice)
Conscious Flex: Polyphasic Sleep Day 5 Ended; Powiull Sleep Started Day 1
Conscious Flex: Powiull Sleep Day 2 (New Territory Begins): by Nicholas Powiull
Conscious Flex: Powiull Sleep Day 3 (How to Adopt Powiull Sleep): by Nicholas Powiull
Conscious Flex: Powiull Sleep Day 4 (Vivid Daydreams): by Nicholas Powiull
Conscious Flex: Powiull Sleep Day 5 (No More Naps): by Nicholas Powiull

Of course, he's only done it for 5 days (as of today), but still, it is the first time I heard someone do this kinda thing.

That guy got a fever. So it was unintentional. This guy is doing it intentionally.

"This guy" started it unintentionally too. He found out that he doesn't need sleep while trying to adopt to uberman. So that was accidentially, too.
