I'm interested in hearing some of your favorite vegan recipes or seeing a website with some simple vegan recipes. By "simple" I don't mean just easy to prepare, but also "whole foods" style recipes. Especially no soy, TVP, bread, chips, pasta, sugar, etc. If you're a vegan and you cut those out, what is left? Besides raw food that is, I feel like I know most of what's available on the raw circuit. I don't want to be a vegan, but I might like to prepare a couple of vegan meals a week for my family. So kid-friendly would be good, too. Although my kids won't eat most of the non-vegan meals, so good luck. Cheap would be good too. |
