Default 12 pre-created 30-day trials

12 months, 12 Healthy New Habits

The 12 habits listed are:
  1. January Create clear diet and fitness goals
  2. February Switch to unrefined sea salt to replace table salt
  3. March Wake up at the same time every day
  4. April Eat breakfast with a good source of protein and fat
  5. May Clean out the snack drawer at home and work
  6. June Drink at least one cup of green tea per day
  7. July Double your current intake of fruits and vegetables
  8. August Work on an important relationship
  9. September Wear casual clothes
  10. October Make a sleep-friendly bedroom and bedtime routine
  11. November Resist the breadbasket
  12. December Be accountable to someone for your physical activity

The link includes explanations and recommended action steps to help you ingrain the new habits. I like the fact that they've broken down a lot of good-living advice into managable chunks. If you followed this plan, by the end of the year you'd be eating fewer calories, more fiber, exercising regularly, sleeping adequately, and have better relationships... and yet none of the steps is, by itself, overwhelming. And while I'm not convinced that unrefined sea salt provides more benefits than a multi-vitamin, the person who followed this plan would definitly be on the path of personal development.

I'd like to hear other people's thoughts, similar links, or success stories.
