| 12 months, 12 Healthy New Habits The 12 habits listed are:
The link includes explanations and recommended action steps to help you ingrain the new habits. I like the fact that they've broken down a lot of good-living advice into managable chunks. If you followed this plan, by the end of the year you'd be eating fewer calories, more fiber, exercising regularly, sleeping adequately, and have better relationships... and yet none of the steps is, by itself, overwhelming. And while I'm not convinced that unrefined sea salt provides more benefits than a multi-vitamin, the person who followed this plan would definitly be on the path of personal development. I'd like to hear other people's thoughts, similar links, or success stories. Amanda
