Lightbulb Ridding your life of anxiety, a moral choice?

A difficult but affirmative choice that I recently made in my life, after years of struggling to go through with the matter, involved ridding myself of feelings of anxiety.

As a student, I have THE life. I have beautiful, young ladies around me around the clock, opportunities to pursue my academic and professional interests, plenty of great restaurants, food options, travel destinations on the schedule, etc.

But happiness and wealth (material or otherwise) are not one and the same, as we all know. With so much disparity in the world, it has always been difficult for me to rid myself of the anxiety I experience after a 14-hour day, when I choose to go out on the town, joke around, banter, enjoy myself, and relax. It is a must. A necessity. Indeed, in order to pursue the work that will ultimately be a service to others, I must be healthy, and in order to be healthy, I must find balance.

It is in this vein of thought that I have chosen to forget the disparities and woes of the world and live my life fully and without hesitation. Yes, I am immensely confident in this choice ... towards better health.
