I love sauteeing a little bit of all the vegetables in our house with seasoning and adding a scrambled egg. I eat it as a wrap or on toast too.

What would you like to eat for breakfast?
I eat - whatever my own sub conscious mind, tells me
it needs, for me to accomplish... my various activities.

The same goes for drinking, cont. well-hydrated;
I know I can trust my own mind to tell me what, & how much to drink & eat.

Apparently, it's working successfully I'm 5'5", & weigh about 110, or so, lbs;
about right for a passionate Iceskater...

I used to think exactly the same, and went for quite a while eating oatmeal almost every day and loved it.

It's easy to associate "heavy" meals with being "full" because of the way they sit in the stomach, and "light" meals with being "not full" because of the way they (don't) sit in the stomach.

It's also easy to associate the feeling of "fullness" with the normal end result of eating or that which denotes when one should stop eating.

However, I've found that it's possible to feel full eating "light" food, just keep eating it until you feel full. I've also found that it's possible to satisfy hunger without feeling full. I used to crave that feeling of fullness, now however I abhor it. Ideally I'll figure out what my body is hungry for and eating even a small amount of that should be quite satisfying. And not having a bunch of food sitting in the stomach is a great feeling.

So the short answer is no, I don't feel hungry after a liter and a half of green smoothie.
