do these symptoms sound like brain fog to you?

This is what happens to me... it's on and off a few times a day and seems to be sensitive to what I eat. I take stimulant ADHD meds and frequently that keeps it away during the time the meds are on board.

* Vague dull headache that isn't really painful but still kind of headachy, if that makes sense.
* Feeling like there's a blanket over my head.
* Flattened moods... I will feel like I have no mood or limited moods.
* Not really interested in anything
* Confused, spacy, space cadet

that sounds like brain fog to me.

try some yoga and deep breathing.

also herbs like holy basil and reishi clear brain fog.

Maybe those are side-effects of the medications. Or effects of the meds when they wear off. Maybe you should talk to your doctor. Perhaps it is the wrong medication or the wrong dosage.
