Blueberry strawberry kale apple greeple smoothie. Not sweet at all. Tastes like "fresh". Awesome. I love berries. I'm starting to think more and more that berries are the ideal food for humans, and that our diets should be based around them. I feel physically better in proportion to the amount of berries I consume. It is a shame that they can get pricey sometimes. |

A few bowls of Home-made Ramen/Miso-chili soup with rice noodles, lima beans and spinach in the mix. I love ramen. For dessert I had a buttered (soy) slice of gluten-free* (overripe) banana bread. Again, homemade. Drink was a glass of water with the hint of cranberry. * I know an all-purpose gluten-free flour mix. If anyone wants it toss me a pm. Last edited by Zwynd; 12-22-2008 at 06:02 AM. Reason: It's spelled 'dessert' not 'desert.' D'oh! |

Some Whole Foods carry more varietys... but most at least have the Mozzarella flavor. I've been switching most of my dairy/soy substitutes over to almond when possible.

I didn't have anything for dinner today. After I failed at my polyphasic sleep project, I slept the whole day through. I need to grab something to eat right now.

Man, in this busy holiday season, it's not hard to fall into the fast food trap. Today I had seasoned brown beef, lettuce and cheese, wrapped in corn tortillia shell. Okay maybe 3 of them |

1 cup of a homemade blueberry/strawberry/banana smoothie, organic spinach leaves sauteed with extra-virgin olive oil, a few bites of some leftover broccoli & squash, and a spinach salad with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, cranberries & sprouts. ...Stuffed. I often drink in excess of one quart of green smoothies. Or 1 quart of nut milk. I have eaten a pound of raw beef in the past, with raw onion and lemon juice. Was quite good. And I wasn't full after that, either. I think I was 14. I eat a lot And I can't seem to put on any weight. I still weigh 118, as I have since I was 14 (now I'm 17). Still working on that one. |
