Default 30 Day Trail - Raw Food - Day 6?

I decided to start a 30 day raw food trail after reading Steve's post on raw food and energy gains.

After eating whatever I wanted through the thanksgiving holiday and gaining a few pounds, I decided a 30 day trial from Dec 15th To Jan 14th would prevent me from eating bad again through the rest of the holidays.

Well I felt so horrible after thanksgiving that I immediately started eating clean and eating about 50% raw. Getting ready for my transition on the 15th. However I started feeling so good by the weekend that I practically went 100% raw on Sunday the 7th.

Today I would actually consider to by my 6th day being close to 100% raw and I am continuing to have major detox symptoms that started on Tuesday. I am very fatigued, my head is foggy and it almost feels like I have a cold. After sleeping 6 hours the first two nights, I am have been sleeping 9 hours a night. According to Steve's post this is normal but it really hit me like a ton of bricks. I walked into work Monday feeling stupendous getting a ton of work done, now I can barely write this forum entry. I have already lost 4 pounds, despite feeling completely full all day.

Strangely enough despite my fatigue and being tired. I ran a minute per mile faster on my run on Wednesday. I am running again tonight it would be interesting to see if that continues.

So I am definitely going to continue the trial and see where these symptoms go. Anyone else out there doing this at the moment? or anyone in the past that has an experience with detox symptoms?
