Exclamation Juicing.. Any advice guys ?

Hello there everyone..
I've been a lot of self-improvements in my life. Mostly focused on the mental & emotional side. However, I decided to start "not yet a powerful decision" to drinking Vegetable Juice. But the primary question remains unanswered. Can I drink the vegetable juice in between the meals??. Or it must be drunk for breakfast???...

It all depends on your goals. If you're just trying to add more nutrition, you can drink it whenever you want. It's easier to start with smoothies though. Make sure to do some tasty combinations so you'll stick with it.

I see.. Thanks & it's actually what I've been doing for the last two now..

eat the veg, or make a smoothie, with juicing you lose a lot of goodness.

Juice for health. Add the fiber back and get all the nutrients from everything while increasing surface area and digestibility. Get the best of both worlds!
