Hello there everyone.. I've been a lot of self-improvements in my life. Mostly focused on the mental & emotional side. However, I decided to start "not yet a powerful decision" to drinking Vegetable Juice. But the primary question remains unanswered. Can I drink the vegetable juice in between the meals??. Or it must be drunk for breakfast???... Best Regards, |

It all depends on your goals. If you're just trying to add more nutrition, you can drink it whenever you want. It's easier to start with smoothies though. Make sure to do some tasty combinations so you'll stick with it.
