Well, this is quite the experience already. The first and biggest thing that started happening was my dreams. A couple/few years ago, I had a lucid dream every other night, then it simply... went away. Now, for the past several months, I barely remembered one dream every month. Now, I didn't notice it the night before last (it happened, I just didn't notice it at first), but last night was especially vivid. I remembered everything upon waking up. Well, a lot more than usual, at any rate. I also remembered multiple dreams. That hasn't happened in a long, long time! This is brilliant! Now I want to become lucid again, but this is a blessing in and of itself! I pretty excited to go to sleep, oddly enough. I have noticed a slight overall energy boost and awareness of my thoughts, but nothing too exciting. Still, this is very nice. The oddest thing I've noticed is the LACK of something: I don't have any detox symptoms yet, save one. It's only day three, but there's no headaches, nausea, etc. The only thing that's different is my digestive system seems to be working in overtime. By that, I mean it grumbles... a lot. Kinda funny, actually. I don't think this is cause for worry, though. Last edited by Michael Howe; 12-05-2008 at 09:57 PM. |

I know what you mean about the grumbling, if I ever let my stomach get even a little empty(and sometimes even when I don't) I start to feel the grumbling. I wish I was getting those kinds of results in my dreaming, but all I've noticed is that I seem to sleep a lot more |
