mmmm I had an orgasmically good pear today. I voted for orange/clementine, apples (mmm a good apple), pears, persimmons (OMG try persimmons this winter, they are seasonal and AWESOME), and for very good peaches/nectarines you get late summer. mmm Persimmons. I would like to see mangos on here too, they are gooood. And..I've never had a really really good chermoya, but they were Mark Twains favorite fruit, and thats good enough for me I wonder when chermoya season is..

Starfruits are kind of gross, not a meal like other fruits. And they cause kidney stones if you eat too many.

My favorite isn't listed-mamey sapote. The most amazing-like a soft creamy sweet potato, only better. Expensive though.

My favourites are whatever fruits are most in season! They are the best and freshest and have the most nutrients!

Cherimoya is in season now. You won't get a good one unless you live where they grow. As with all fruits they're best fresh .

Mango is my fav

What!? No durian? No guava? No mangoes, grapes, melons, or kiwi?

My favorite fruit is figs, but they don't grow where I live and finding decent fresh ones when they are in season is never a sure thing. That's part of the reason I'm moving back to California.

It's easier just to list the fruit I don't like: bananas.

I'll second that. As soon as summer rolls around, the sweet smell of mangoes arrive ...

My personal favorite isn't listed. It's a Brazilian berry called açaí (pronounces assaee). It's great for smoothies!

I wish that I was a tiny little human one inch tall so that I could climb inside a durian and eat continuously for the rest of my life.

Acai is the Oprah berry, right?

Mine are apples and mangos. Mangos are more of a delicacy, but I eat about 5 apples a day.

Blueberries and strawberries! But lately, I've been eating a lot of clementines which I notice tend to be sold a lot more in the stores during the winter.

Default acai is the best

Most smoothies I make are with acai. I think I'm addicted to acai smoothies.

I buy the frozen pulp smoothie packets (got to have something frozen in the smoothie) and also add some freeze dried powder.

Acai isn't very sweet either. Only 4 grams of carb and 2 grams of sugar for 100 grams of the frozen pulp. But the natural sugar of a banana is enough to make the acai smoothie taste woderful.

I haven't tried the acai juice in a smoothie. I think those juice products are pasturized but I'm not sure.

I like trying new superfoods and the fruits are usually better tasting then any green superfood product.
