I am a week into my 30 day challenge to remove completely sugar and refine carbs from my diet. I am hoping after this 30 days my body will no longer crave for sugar. Combine with my exercise and low GI diet plan, I am hoping to reduce my body fat content and build lean muscles. I have been very good for the whole week except for last Thursday when I had one piece of dark chocolate. |

Angies - Just wondering how you're doing! I'm contemplating the same challenge. I'm concerned about the emotional aspects of it, as I KNOW I use these foods to stuff feelings. How's that going for you? I'm not really even sure why I'm asking, as your experience will likely be different from mine. I guess I want to get as much info as possible before I start. Or I'm procrastinating, one or the other. Or both! |

what helped me to stop having any sugar was 99% dark chocolate. My new fav, which isn't made of any sugar but xylitol. Plamil: Chocolate: Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, No Nuts |
