Hey guys, I've been a Steve fan for a at least 3 years now. I went vegan 6months ago for 30days and felt great, then I went raw vegan and made it to 100% raw vegan for 30days and felt amazing. Because of the huge environmental impact, and amazing health benefits I personally felt of going vegan I am doing vocational work to promote the lifestyle. I am no means a vegan expert but I sure have lots of tips that I can give to you about my journey that made me go to being a omnivore to 100raw vegan. I lost weight Gain muscle mass - plant based proteins Slept better Improved Mental clarity, sense of well being, and calmness. Increased my level of joy I did detox very much on the raw vegan diet.
