Default help eating raw when you have no time to prepare food.

Hello there,

I have little to zilch time right now to make food for myself. Yet I function MUCH better when I'm eating raw, so I really want to keep at it. How do I keep raw and eat foods that are filling? On the go suggestions?

Default

Soups, smoothies, wraps, pudding. Make spreads & pates to use in wraps or other things. Get a wide-mouth thermos to hold the liquids in. Use cooler bags to transport food. There's gotta be some prep time at some point just as you would with any kind of food. It takes time to go to a drive-thru, order takeout and pay, microwave something. In that same amount of time you can prepare a raw meal if you want. I often use recipes that take under 5 minutes to make. Avocados (and other fats) help make meals more filling. Otherwise you just grab the fruits and veggies as is, but I personally don't find that filling unless I had very large quantities.
