Default Increasing HDL

I recently was told that my HDL was too low but everything else remains well. I am 26 so I do not have THAT many worries, but being a competitive person, that HDL will increase greatly due to exercise; I was a college track athletic, so this should not be a problem.

sorry about that HDL cholesterol; it can usually be decreased through athletic activity.

Thanks, jwojdylo.
I"m sure mine is high. Been fat for about 10 years, but the past four years I dropped 70 lbs.
I reckon a blood test is the only way to find out what the HDL. huh?
