Default Started on a raw foods diet

Hi All,

I've started on a raw foods diet, aiming for 90-100% raw foods. I'm continually learning, reading and experimenting. I've read through Steve's entire chronicles of his most recent raw food trial, read most of the Lazy Raw Foodist e-book and am perusing other websites and resources.

I'm documenting everything here: New Raw Foodist Journal.

It's only has 3 days worth of entries, but I am aiming for a daily entry. I've had more visitors and readers to this blog than I have had in years of blogging so for some reason it's more "attractive" than any previous work - which I'm pretty excited about. I don't have any advertising on there except for promoting Steve's website and The World Peace Diet book. I may join some sites as an affiliate marketer, but it will be free of Adsense and the like...

Let me know if you have any thoughts for me...

I remember writing that -- I've been taking those things for granted, so it's nice to look back and remember all those shifts. For example, I haven't been sick even once since I've eaten 100% raw. It's so nice not having to deal with colds, flus, and other ailments that I used to get. I can't say how long it will last, but the boost to my immune system by itself was a dramatic improvement.
