Try gazing barefoot if it's possible. You will get better results. As for the food, I noticed that I tend to eat less if I gaze and live peacefully. When stress comes back so does my appetite. I belive that positive affirmations while gazing can be very beneficial but it's just my opinion. cheers |

I had an askahic record reading and I asked about sungazing. What I was told is that it's mostly based off of believing it will help you, so it will. In other words, it works because you believe it does. Of course , this brings up confusing things for me... Does this mean once you learn something works only because you believe it does, it will stop working? Or is it more like Steve's subjective reality/inspiration trial, where you should do/eat/ whatever you BELIEVE is right, to get the best results. This also confuses me when it comes down to ultimate truth. Is there an universal truth? Or can more than one person be right? Like, could ciggerates be healthy or non-harmful for some if they believed it enough? Where is the line drawn between subjective truth and universal truth? If your beliefs create reality, how come I can't just will that junk food be healthy for me and it is? |

@cheesedip: I believe many people can be right in their own ways, so there is no all-encompassing absolute truth. Reality is about 50% objective (i.e. stuff like fire is hot, which seemingly all human beings can agree on) and 50% subjective (i.e. eating meat is good, which people will have wildly different opinions on). To get back to your cigarette example: There are some who can live happily to an old age smoking cigarettes non-stop, while others (like me) don't take it so well and have to stop smoking or never even start! |

This has been an incredibly interesting thread to read. I had not heard of sun gazing prior to this. I thank you so much, 2ko for all of the information you included. This is an incredibly valuable thread for anyone that is interesting in sun gazing. I will be giving this a try if the sun ever decides to come back out. Anyone else try this and have positive or negative outcomes? |

Hello everybody, I just recently came across this thread and am very interested. i just read through this entire thread! I have lately been on a journey of self improvement and was talking to a family member about it when she said its ok as long as you don't start staring at the sun. The reason for her saying this was because her uncle had done this and burned holes in his retna's and became skizo. Don't know how to spell it. This got me thinking though that i had heard of sungazing. After doing much research this does make great sense as long as you follow the guidelines and don't stare directly at the sun in midday. I often do moon gazing and often gain so much knowledge and enlightenment. i am definitely going to try sun gazing within the parameters. I commend all of us on going against the grain. Once you cross over to the unknown it makes so much sense why so many people do everything in their power to keep you from this knowledge. For if you did all this they would not be making all this money selling us prescription pills and stuff that does not work long term. I just recently came across Urine Therapy and it has blown my mind. I know your first reaction will be the same as many, but if you do your own investigation you may be surprised with the results. I encourage the open minded to read up on it alittle. Tom |
