Talking Raw Food in Las Vegas

Hello all.

I am taking a trip up to Las Vegas next weekend.

Any recommendations for the raw restaurants in the area?

Any favorites?

Thanks!

Ben

There are two Go Raw Cafes in town, one in the NW, one in the SE:
Go Raw Cafe - Living Cuisine & Juice Bar In Las Vegas, NV

I've eaten at both locations multiple times. The NW location is a little nicer since it's right on the edge of Lake Sahara (a man-made lake). Last time I was there (sometime last month), I chatted with the owner quite a bit.

Both places have a pretty mellow atmosphere, and they also sell books and lots of raw snack foods.
