Default why has evolution not been in our favour?

I was thinking its weird that afters millions of years of evolution we are so bad at liveing on earth.
Why are humans the only animals that cant look at the sun?
Why does it hurt humans giveing birth?
We have always been githing birth yet it still is a really bad way of re produceing.
We have evolved to make ourselves have a disitvantage of not beeing able to look at bright light!
Why!!!!

All animals feel pain during childbirth. My wife is going to be a midwife in August and she says it can be the most bonding experience you'll ever have with your child and the pain is a necessary part of it. It's sad that people think all pain is bad. Pain has made us all grow. Without it, we might be doomed. Humans are not the only animals that can't look at the sun. I'm not sure where that one came from....

Where did you hear that? The sun is extremely bright and brings with it radiation. Anyone who stares at the sun too long will suffer damage.

Well, for physical reasons, you're trying to squeeze something really big through an opening very small... of course it hurts.

From a philosophical standpoint, pain is a part of life. Birth and death are usually not pain-free experiences.

What is a better way?

Why is it an evolutionary disadvantage that we can't stare at the sun?

Think of the nocturnal animals with big eyes who are uncomfortable in any sort of daylight. We have good eyes that give us great day vision and enough night vision to survive.

Wrong, wrong wrong

First of all your comments on humans are pretty much all incorrect. Secondly, you are saying that evolution has failed humans? Do you realize that no other animals, have our vast capacity of advanced reasoning. It is fascinating that of all the possibilities, we have this ability to think at this incredibly high level.

psysiological evolution or natural selection stopped working when it became socially unacceptable to bash another man and rape his wife. I'm kinda happy that's socially unacceptable.
Humans as we are haven't quite had millions of years of evolution, but on the scale of millions of years, we've come a long way from a single cell organism.
If you look at evolution as advancement rather than natural selection, we're doing ok. We manage to deal with situations which pose great threats to our survival, like the plauge, bird flu...
