Lightbulb How To Gain Weight

It's pretty common for all to have a lose-weight-diet because apparently most people are conscious about being fat. But how about some quick tips for us people who have difficulty in gaining weight. I have some allergies with food so I'm quite choosy of my intakes.

Maybe if you can tell me some other tips I can choose to apply. Though I'm not into taking "supplements", you can suggest some brand too but I strongly ask for the natural ways.

Thanks,

raphnix

Take two Donner Kebabs daily, with two bottles of coke, snack on crisps, doughnuts and chocolate, cook everything in butter or oil and do no exercise.

Enjoy being fat. Its fantastic, honest.

(Sarcasm totally intended)

In all seriousness I would think about taking a protein shake, or some sort of muscle building supplement.

Well, though some of it I presume are disgusting.,I might try it now. Desperate? No, just have to try things. I have plenty of alternatives since some of the forums gave me more advices.

Thanks for the tips anyway.
