Default Anyone heard of Grape Seed Extract? Anti-Oxidant?

My mom was talking about it. it has anti-oxidant ingredients. Anyone here actually tried it? how is it?

Know what else has anti-oxidants? Whole fruits and vegetables, packaged just the way mother nature intended!

If you really want an anti-oxidant punch, try raw cacao or berries (acai, goji, blueberries, etc).

Yes I take it. But not specifically for it's anti-oxidant properties. I take it for its anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. I take it along with other like things such as olive leaf extract to good effect.

I wouldn't buy from a company like GNC they usually put fillers into their products like Vegetable Acetoglycerides, Ethyl Vanillin, Cellulose, Titanium Dioxide Caramel Color, etc . Oftentimes the cheap brands don't absorb at all and they use the lowest type of nutrient that doesn't absorb. Or the people that take the supplements colon/liver are full of junk so it doesn't absorb. I had green liverstones that came out after I did a liverflush.
