the other night i had a few cups of green tea before bed. I assumed it would be good for me before bed. But it really wasnt i woke up late feeling horible. Is there caffine in green tea? |

Green tea is good stuff, but I rarely drink it at night. To me, it feels even more potent than coffee, for some reason. I didn't expect that, but it does tend to render me unable to sleep. Btw, I totally cracked up when seeing your thread title here. Greed tea? What kind of hellish concoction is that??!?! |

| Green tea has caffeine, but no where near as much as coffee and about half that of black tea. If you want NO caffeine, you need red tea or herbal tea (same thing really, red tea isn't tea). White tea has the lowest of any of the real teas.
