| Other than the usual echnicea, vitamin C, etc, are there any methods you recommend to ward off succumbing to a cold/flu? I know there is a paraliminal out there, but I don't have time to order it right now as I am already in this stage. I'm thinking of something like meditation, etc. I feel like if i think about becoming sick, I will, so I want to focus on healthy and positive thoughts. |

| For me, not getting sick is mostly a mental thing. If I can really convince myself that I'm not going to let whatever illness overtake me, it tends to help a lot. For instance, my wife and son were sick with the stomach flu this weekend. According to my son's pediatrician it's very contagious, but it skipped me thank God. I was taking Echinacea, too, but that's never been a reliable way for me to stave off an illness.

| I drink mainly green tea every day which helps me ward off some nasties. The best remedy, however, is doing yoga asanas when I'm feeling somewhat pukey. It naturally detoxifies the entire body and I feel an incredible difference at the end. If you do a combination of netti pots and yoga every day, it really is glorious. |

Maybe you could change the "Absolutely no" in 6) and 7) to "Cut way back on the" if you're otherwise healthy.
