| Recently a friend came to me asking if I could help her with an increasing feeling of nervousness. We reviewed her diet and lifestyle, and soon realized that due to holiday parties and extra socializing, she was drinking 3-5 drinks a day. This means she was depleting her vitamin stores, particularly her B vitamins.. Signs of B vitamin depletion include nervousness, depression, and irritability, amongst a number of other signs and symptoms. She started on a supplement and not only feels more relaxed, but she's sleeping better. Fortunately, solutions are sometimes quick and simple! kristin Visit our forums at Holistic Wellness :: Index Win a Free iPod! |
