Default how to stick a diet?

hey fellas!

i've had this joint illness for several years now, probably gonna have it the rest of my life. thing is, i've been doing a diet which i believe have helped me a lot. it's the caveman diet. eat mainly tons of meat, fish, poultry, eggs ( slightly different from you veggies ) and secondary vegetables, nuts, fruits and berries. nothing else is allowed. anyways, it's not the point. now that i'm basicaly free of pain i tend to lean towards a more unhealthy ( by my definition ) diet consisting of bread, milk, candy and all that average processed **** food.

the longest i've gone is 6 months straight without eating any grains, dairy or candy of any sorts ( and i felt freakin' wonderful ).. but once i slip out of it once or twice i find that i cant control my sugar addiction.

it's horrible. my body's not used to the average diet anymore and my body is just collapsing once i eat some sugar, bread or dairy. it ****s up my system and i get energy collapses during the day and generally feel unhealthy.

my willpower is just ****in' gone, and my mind keeps rationalizing and making up reasons for eating ♥♥♥♥♥♥ food.

i cant control myself any longer, but i need to get back on track, or else i'm afraid i'll suffer set-backs in my disease.

SO HOW IN THE HEAVENS CAN I make myself stick to this diet? or just reinforce my willpower somehow? controlling sugar addiction is hard!

thanks in advance for reading ( and possibly answering ) my post!

i wish you a good day and a good life!

Hi,

You sound like you are in trouble. Lets fix this.

The most powerful way to heal yourself (from my personal experience) is by first, detoxifying your system of all the rubbish you put in it everyday. Second, to slowly, and steadyly, eliminate troublesome foods that are really purely unnessasary.

Detoxifying : I mean 2 things by this. Body AND MIND. You have to stop thinking negative. You have to start being happy. Scientific research has shown over and over again, the MIND-BODY connection. You can actually do a LOT of damage to yourself by negative thinking patterns and/or a very stressful lifestyle.

To detox your body, take herbal tea. Specifically focusing on kidney and liver detoxification. As this purifies the blood, and the blood therefore rejuvenates the organs and the bones, healing ANY and ALL problems. REMEMBER: The human body is no weak system, our weak minds MAKE our bodies weak, our weak habbits MAKE our bodies weak, but you can consciously chose to heal. Drink herbal tea several times a day for a month, take a break for a month and do it again in cycles. Once you complete one cycle, you will naturally lose more weight. Also herbal tea kills appetite for food. So whenever you feel hungry, drink some herbal tea. It will make you feel full.

However, DO NOT suddenly change your whole diet suddenly. You will only fail this way. Change step by step. Attack your enemies step by step, cutting its supplies.

So far, heres what your going to do:

- Detoxify your mind..... meditate, breathe deep, go for walks in the forest, clear your mind.

- Detoxify your body......drink herbal tea several times a day

NEXT, attack all fizzy drinks. BAN THEM! Eat everything else as normal. BUT do not touch fizzy drinks at all. This is a number one cause to ill health in infinite ways! I can write a book on the problems it can cause.

Aim to eat in moderation. Cook your own meals, rather than getting ready made meals. BUT do enjoy on weekends or times of celebrations with something you love without the guilt. Moderation is the key here. plus you wont feel like overeating or eating unhealthy when you start seeing results in your detox phases.

These tips all sound normal and everyday, but believe me these are powerful if you really use each one. If you need any more advice, PM me and i will be glad to help (same for anyone else reading this).
