| In this forum I have seen people saying that "How Can I loose weight" .Some people want to eat just fruits and vegetable to loose their weight. Ya my problem is a little bit different as I want to gain weight instead of loosing it. I'M 23 years old and I consider my self very sharp but I'M too thin from child hood. I can't say that I eat too much but I eat enough to gain some weight! No improvement in last 23 years. Any tip or Suggestion? Thanks

| Eat some bread. And cereal. And granola. And nuts. I can gain 10 pounds in two weeks just by including whole grain products in my diet. You could also try eating some of those protein/meal replacement bars... like Clif mojo bars, Odwalla bars, or LUNA bars. |

| Put it in there. It will inspire you. Put it next to your workouts. |

| Yeah, I have the same problem. I personally think it is hard to eat more while still only eating three meals. You could try eating more meals if your schedule permits. I'd go for six a day, three hours apart. And try to eat as much as you can each meal. |

| You'd be amazed at how motivating it is when you see it on paper. |

| Optimum Nutrition makes the best weight gainer IMO. If your willing to use weight gainer I would recommend this one: Bodybuilding.com - Optimum Pro Complex Gainer - Over 600 Calories! On sale now! only 6 grams of simple carbs out of 85 and 60 grams of protein. 850 calories. One shake in the morning one at night and you should see improvement in a week or two. I would at least recommend some decent resistance training though. BTW I'm not advertising that particular product for my own benefit. I have tried it out. No stomach upset. Many gainers have large amounts of sugars. |

| innocentpreneur, The link in my signature contains a program I created that lets you specify where you are physically, your activity levels, goals, etc. and then gives you a nutritional breakdown (carbs, protein, fat, calories) that will get you to where you want to be. After the program generates those numbers for you it will let you enter whatever foods you want (yes even raw vegan) and let you know if you are on track to reach your goals. It can even tell you how much of each food you can eat to get to where you want to be. If you'd like you can download it free by clicking below.

| But it is definitely not the best bang for your buck. It only lasts 14 days and the scoops are the big ones. You are using more powder which is why there's more protein. I've gone through all this myself many times over the years. You can get the same thing for less money. |

| Ultimately, I try to get the simplest protein powder with the best price/serving ratio. Anything that has a bunch of other stuff in it makes me scared for my health. They don't know what all these enhancement ingredients will do 10 or more years from now. |

| Have you looked into this? It may not be the healthiest way to do it, but I've been told it is effective. If the link doesn't work just google- milk and squats milk and squats - Google Search
