Yes But not to DVDs or anything. Every morning, right after I get up and before I take a shower, I put on some music from the Pandora Internet Radio - Find New Music, Listen to Free Web Radio webradio and I just let go and let my body move however it wants to for however long it wants. I've really noticed a fitness difference since I've started doing it, it's good cardio workout it seems.

I can recommend something related but different: a dance pad. Costs about 50 euro, gets you addicted fast, and you'll noticeably improve every day (at least for the first month).

A friend of mine lost 35 pounds a couple summers ago doing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). At this point he can use two pads at once and is incredible to watch.

My DDR pad is probably the best investment, evar. Period. I bought it last April, and I've used it consistantly 4-6 days per week, 1 hour per day since then. I've gone from 330 lbs (150 kg) to 300 lbs (136 kg) in that time. While I'm still quite large, I can certainly attest that the DDR definitely works. The way I figure it, I'm about 1/3 into my weight loss goal, and about the same toward my fitness goals. I'm going to tackle walking and then running next, and finally biking, which is something I used to enjoy quite a bit when I was half the man I am now. If my current fitness level in DDR is any indicator, walking should be a breeze; I can hit almost all of the 7-foot heavies and several 8-footers in DDR Extreme 2, without dying.

I think I must have manifested this thread. I purchased part 2 of this DVD from Ross about a week ago.

Amazon.com: Samba Party Workout 2 - Brazilian Carnival Grooves: DVD: Samba Dance Workout

I was literally thinking how an I gonna get this dumb video off my hands.

I tried it and hated it

If you want it I will send it to you, just take care of the shipping.

The dances are so simple and it isn't even exercise

If you have difficulty dancing and have no experience with Latin dance this is the video for you.

I have been dancing my entire life and this video was a real loser for me
