Default Raw Food Diet

I just read Steve's blog concerning his 30 day trial with a fruit-rich raw food diet in which he remarked that a negative side effect was extremely dry skin. I looked to see if there was a follow-up or explanation and was unable to find one. Does anyone know if Steve figured this troublesome side-effect out? Was it simply the culmination of a long detox?

I didn't have that problem again, so I don't really know what caused it. It may have been caused by the low-fat nature of the diet I did during the 30-day trial. Another potential cause may have been that I got too much juice from acidic fruits on my hands during meal prep.

My skin is fine now, but I've been eating a lot more fat this time.

Steve - do you eat most of your fat before bed, midday, or when you wake up? What do you notice the effects of eating fatty foods at each time to be?
