Default Can I store eggs already out of their shells in the fridge and how long?

I started eating raw eggs and it's a pain to have to inspect and make the morning drink every AM. It shouldn't take long, I know, but in the AM everything takes me a long time to do.

I know people keep eggnog in the fridge, will the eggs loose their nutritional value if I keep them in the fridge having already put them in a jar in the fridge? Can I keep them in there for a week?

Don't worry about Salmonella, I also drink Apple Cider Vinegar every day and it kills any bacteria, virus, parasite, or fungus that might get in my system.

Raw, cracked eggs usually last about a week in the fridge, or so. At the breakfast restaurant I work at, we crack all of our scrambled eggs ahead of time (24 hours chill will keep scrambled eggs from burning), usually about 20 gallons at once. Those 20 gallons will keep between a week and ten days, though it's rare that we don't go through them well before then. I doubt the nutritional value is affected much.

Anyway, you'll know eggs are bad if they smell like corn. This is kind of like how bad chicken smells like pumpkin.

Then I'm sure you'll enjoy bad eggs.

Default Freeze them!

We froze them and used later when I was raising chickens and getting eggs. If you are using them in shakes that should work out well if you like your drinks slightly chilled. Just put the right number of frozen eggs in the mixer and mix.

My only suggestion would be to make sure that they are covered and tightly sealed.

Eggs are especially susceptible to bacteria, besides no one likes something that tastes more like "fridge" than what it is really meant to taste like.

I myself wouldn't trust them in the fridge for more than maybe 48 hours.

-I do apple cider vinegar too, very cleansing...once you get used to it.

Blessings,
