Default Any simple whey protein shake recipes?

Just looking for some simple whey protein shake recipes. Not looking for a meal replacement shake just one to drink after my workout as has been suggested from the helpful people of this board.

Thanks

Just mix it with OJ and blend in a fruit or two. If you're trying to lose weight, just water.

I like to use milk, bananas and peanut butter in varying amounts to make a real thick shake out of it =)

If you are eating a balanced diet and especially if that includes meat/fish or any other animal products, you really should re-assess if you need the protein shakes. Many people still think they need all this "extra" protein when in fact most of us get too much protein as it is.

I would recommend reading the following two articles just to get another perspective where protein is concerned. So many people have ruined their bodies with high protein consumption due to misguided info, I would hate for you to be another one of them.

I truly believe in protein shakes. Most people have difficulty getting enough protein in their diet (unless you really eat clean). I try to pair protein with a complex carb 5-6x a day. I usually have shakes twice a day, as does my husband. I drink mine plain, but my hubby will do the PB/banana as suggested earlier. Hope this helps.
