Default Velocity Diet

My good friend Madan is heavy into bodybuilding, and in attempt to get a leaner physique, he is doing a 30 day trial on a fairly extreme diet called "The Velocity Diet".

The diet is primarily a liquid diet mostly requiring the dieter to ingest several whey protein shakes, take specific suppliments for metabolism boosting, and a strict workout regimine.

He has been losing a lot of weight. So far he's been able to deal with the lack of solid foods.

This diet obviously isn't for most, but I thought the blog provided an interesting glimpse into the extremes it takes to obtain a sculpted physique.
