Default Beating Food Cravings Once And For All

Hey guys. I see a lot of people posting here and elsewhere about their food cravings. They're often asking for advice on how to overcome them, so I thought I'd write up an article.

I hope it helps you, and let me know if it does.

Craving Control

Good paradigm.

I choose to love the food. What will it do for me?

Nice article. The information about how to ensure your body doesn't start craving (filling your stomach + getting enough sugars) was new for me and makes a lot of sense.

Default New to the forum

Hi everyone,

Checking in to say hello and look forward to reading and posting here. I found this place surfing the web while looking for a forum that touched on a lot of subjects to explore. I also liked that the intro says it is a very friendly and supportive place. That sounds very inviting!

Okay, I'm new here and did a short intro but also wanted to comment on the Craving Control article.

I've been in a 'love' relationship with food and physically have suffered a lot from my choices because I did not take to heart that not all food loves me back. It makes good sense to switch it up and eat food that loves me rather than the other way around. Thanks for the article.

Michael; I saw your video blog. You might want to read "The Egoscue Method of Health through Motion" by Pete Egoscue. It's a book on body alignment; it will explain you how to re-align your hips with exercises. If you have any pain 'Pain Free' is also a great book.

It's big, for me it's still a bigger change than going from cooked to raw in terms of energy. I went to a chiropractor last year and had several corrections which boosted my level of energy greatly (because it eats away a tremendous amount of energy if you are misaligned). It quickly shifted back however. For me the sustainable solution was to do the exercises in this book. Steve also recommends it in his book recommendations section. Two weeks ago I went back to the chiropractor for a checkup and everything was aligned well. Great thing!
